This Privacy Policy describes how Block Puzzle Offline (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application. The App is operated by SM Games (“the Developer”) as an independent solo developer based in India.

The App does not function differently if you opt out of ad personalization. Rewarded ads will still serve; they will simply be less personalized.
Block Puzzle Offline is rated for all ages and does not specifically target children under 13. However, because the App integrates AdMob, the App is configured to request only non-personalized ads when served to users in regions with applicable child privacy laws (such as the United States under COPPA and the European Union under GDPR-K). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at the email below and we will take prompt steps to address it.
Because the App does not transmit any personal data from your device to our servers, there is no server-side data to secure. Locally stored preferences are protected by your device’s standard application sandboxing. Any data transmitted between AdMob and Google’s servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR, CCPA, or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act). Since we do not collect or store any personal data about you, most of these rights (such as the right to access or delete your data) do not apply to us. You can also delete all data the App stores on your device at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or our practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App update changelog on the Google Play Store. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
