These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Block Puzzle Offline (“the App”), a mobile game developed and published by SM Games (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as an independent solo developer based in India.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these Terms and the Google Play Store terms.
This license does not give you any rights to:
All content in the App — including but not limited to source code, graphics, art assets, sound effects, design, and game mechanics — is owned by the Developer or its licensors. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
“Block Puzzle Offline” and the App’s logo are trademarks of the Developer. Other product names, brand names, or trademarks mentioned in the App (such as Google AdMob, Google Play, Android) belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive or compatibility purposes.
The App offers an optional rewarded video advertisement feature. After a game over, you may choose to watch a video advertisement to clear three rows of the game board and continue playing. Watching ads is entirely optional — the App is fully playable without watching any ads.
Advertisements are served by Google AdMob, a third-party service. By choosing to watch an advertisement, you understand that:
If you encounter an advertisement that you believe violates Google AdMob’s policies, please report it using Google’s “Why this ad?” feature.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play. The App is free to download and play. There are currently no in-app purchases.
You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
We may release updates to the App that add features, fix bugs, change gameplay, or modify the user interface. We may also discontinue features, change content, or stop supporting the App entirely, at our discretion, without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping the App updated to the latest version available on the Google Play Store. We do not guarantee that older versions of the App will continue to function or remain compatible with newer Android versions.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the App is limited to one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), or the equivalent in your local currency.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
If you are using the App outside India, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App update changelog on the Google Play Store. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
