This Privacy Policy explains how Park Out: Car Jam (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The App is developed and published by Samaha Games.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other information that directly identifies you.
The App saves your game progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes your current level, coin balance, purchased cosmetic items, and your sound and vibration settings. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted if you uninstall the App.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process certain information, which can include:
This data is collected by Google, not by us. We do not receive or store it. Google's use of this information is governed by their own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can read more about how Google uses data from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of personalised advertising, through your device settings. On Android this is found under Settings › Google › Ads.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App will ask for your consent before serving personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from within the App.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information to us, there is no personal data held on our servers. Game progress stored on your device is protected by your device's own security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features such as analytics or in-app purchases. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
