This Privacy Policy explains how Samaha Games ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application Sudoku: Offline Number Puzzle (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you. The App has no account system and no login.

Your game progress, statistics, settings, and daily challenge history are stored only on your device. We cannot access them, and they are removed when you uninstall the App.

Information collected by third parties

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information automatically:

• Google AdMob — serves advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and information about ad interactions in order to display and measure ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
• Google Firebase Analytics — provides anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as how often puzzles are started and completed. This helps us improve the App. See the Firebase Privacy and Security policy.
• Google Firebase Remote Config — allows us to adjust game settings remotely. It does not collect personal information.

Advertising and your choices

Advertisements may be personalised based on information collected by our advertising partner. Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings screen, where a "Privacy options" row appears if consent is applicable in your region.

You can also limit ad tracking through your device settings, under Settings → Google → Ads on Android.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. All game data stored on your device is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data from your device settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information held about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. As we hold no personal information ourselves, such requests should be directed to the relevant third-party service listed above. You may contact us for assistance.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App, though no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
